Product Guarantee
If you purchase our new boxes and are not satisfied, you can return them within (10) days from your delivery arrival date for a refund including delivery shipping charges. No partial returns are offered. You have to arrange for, and pay for return shipping. Your credit card will be credited once the packages are received by our affiliate's warehouse. Please send your refund request through the Customer Service form.
Shipping Guarantee
If your order does not arrive within (3) business days of your expected delivery date, you may return or refuse your order for a full refund, including delivery and return shipping. Your credit card will be credited once the packages are received by our warehouse. Please read Shipping Details to check our current expected delivery time. Please note that the first shipping day is considered the business day after your order placement, before 4pm EST. You must fill out the Return Form link listed below.
Please Note: If your delivery does arrive after the expected delivery date, and you decide to keep your order, no credits or discounts of any kind can be offered.
Lost Delivery
If your order is considered "lost" or delivered to the wrong location without correction, your credit card will be credited the full order amount, including all shipping charges. You must fill out the Return Form link listed below.
Delivery Refusal
If you refuse delivery of an order arriving within the delivery grace period your account will be credited once the packages are returned to our affiliate's warehouse less applicable delivery charges to and from your destination. You must fill out the Return Form link listed below.
